1. Printing process:
Printing → Drying at 100C (2-3 minutes) → Baking at 130C-150C (2-3 minutes)
2. Formula:
A: Water slurry formula
Paint color paste 2% adhesive 20% printing paste 78%
B: Adhesive formula
Paint color paste 2% transparent adhesive paste 60% white adhesive paste 38%
3. Testing method
1) Color fastness to soap washing GB/T3921-2008
2) Color fastness to friction GB/T3920-2008
3) Color fastness to sublimation GB/T5718-1997
4) Color fastness to ironing GB/T6152-1997
5) Color fastness to sweat stains GB/T3922-1995
Sun fastness up to level 8, other fastness up to level 5
